We painted our birthday crowns with water colors
We celebrated our first Starfish birthday on our first day of school. Mr. Fosher came in to sing and celebrate with us!
We enjoyed eating snack with our friends in the classroom. We eat snack around 10 A.M. each day!
We LOVED the magic play dough! We are ready to have a great year together!
We played many ice breaking games to get to know eachother! We interviewed eachother to find similaries! Here are some pictures of new starfish friendships!
We cooled down with Popsicles a few times this week. Please remember to pack your child with a water bottle each day. I already looked at the forecast for the upcoming week. It's going to be hot summer temperatures!
We had lots of recess the first week to move and stretch those 1st grade bodies! Their favorite part about recess as a 1st grader... Being able to go on the Saturn!
Already ready for lots of reading in first grade! I am very impressed! 😀
