Starfish Days

Here are some photos from our recent days in the Starfish classroom...

Last Friday we competed in Potato Speed Skating! We competed in both short track and long track events.  Luckily, the teams tied! :)

Read Across America Week

The annual Read Across America celebration is coming to SMS next week! 

 Here's the schedule:

Monday - Fox in Socks Day: wear crazy socks and show them off!
Tuesday - Cat in the Hat Day: wear your favorite hat!
Wednesday - Wacky Wednesday: wear mismatch clothing!
Thursday - Theodore Geisel Day: dress up as your favorite book character!

Friday - Curl Up and Read Day: dress in your coziest clothes. The students can wear their pajamas and bring one small stuffed animal to school
